We know how overwhelming it can be to decide on all the selections needed when building or renovating a home. We can help you turn the process from stressful to exciting by streamlining every step and handling all the details for you. With realistic 3D renderings, we take the guesswork out, so you can confidently watch your dream space come to life. Our mission is to help you create a beautiful functional space for you and your family.

step 1: Intial DESign Consultation

After reaching out through our contact form, we’ll set up a call to explore your project vision. If it feels like a great fit, we’ll arrange an in-person meeting to dive into your style, goals, and timeline. The design consultation typically last 90 minutes and takes place in person.

step 2: PROJECT PROPOSAL

Following our consultation, we’ll send over a tailored design proposal. This document will outline the design scope, estimated fees, and projected investment in materials and furnishings. Once the budget is approved, we’re ready to proceed.

Step 3: Design presentation

We’ll then present your design plan, including detailed layouts, renderings, elevations, and samples. This step lets you visualize how everything will come together in your space. For renovations or new builds, this phase will cover finishes like cabinetry, lighting, and tile. 

Step 4: Order management

After the design is finalized and approved, we’ll manage all orders and coordinate third party storage until installation. Simultaneously we will work with your contractors to execute construction plans for your space.  You’ll receive weekly updates to keep you informed on progress.

step 5: install day

Once construction is complete and  all items have arrived and passed inspection, we’ll handle the complete install in your home. We will work with our team to place furniture and style each room. This will all lead up to an exciting reveal day, letting you experience the transformation firsthand!
