Full Service Design
We know how overwhelming it can be to decide on all the selections needed when building or renovating a home. We can help you turn the process from stressful to exciting by streamlining every step and handling all the details for you. With realistic 3D renderings, we take the guesswork out, so you can confidently watch your dream space come to life. Our mission is to help you create a beautiful functional space for you and your family.
step 1: INITIAL DESign Consultation
After reaching out through our contact form, we’ll set up a call to explore your project vision. If it feels like a great fit, we’ll arrange a 90-minute, in person consultation where we’ll walk through your space together and discuss your style, goals, and timeline. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you, understand how you want your home to feel and function, and establish a clear vision for the project.
step 2: PROJECT PROPOSAL
Using what we learned during your consultation, we’ll create a tailored project proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated design fees, and projected investment for materials and furnishings. Once the proposal is approved and signed, we’ll officially kick off your project!
Step 3: Design phase
Throughout the design phase, we’ll work collaboratively to develop a thoughtful plan for your space. You’ll be presented with a design plan that will include mood boards, 3D models, renderings, and sample selections. This step lets you visualize how everything will come together in your space.
Step 4: Procurement / Project CoordinatioN
Once design decisions are finalized and approved, we’ll manage the ordering process, track purchases, and coordinate third-party receiving and storage until installation. Simultaneously, we’ll work with your contractors to ensure the design is carried through during construction. You’ll receive weekly updates to keep you informed on progress.
step 5: installation / Reveal Day
Once construction is complete and all items have arrived and passed inspection, we’ll handle the complete install in your home. Our team will oversee furniture placement and styling of each room. This will all lead up to an exciting reveal day, letting you experience the transformation firsthand!
